P. SS32.5 belongs to steel slag slag silicate cement. According to GB/T13590-2022, it uses high-quality silicate cement clinker, scientifically proportioned granulated blast furnace slag and industrial active materials such as steel slag, and is ground together. Its early strength is slightly lower than P.SS42.5.
1. Low hydration heat
The heat released during the setting and hardening process is relatively low, which helps to reduce temperature cracks in concrete caused by internal and external temperature differences.
2. Corrosion resistance
Is higher due to the addition of slag and steel slag, resulting in denser hydration products and stronger resistance to corrosive media such as sulfates and seawater.
3. Stable growth in intensity in the later stage
Although the early intensity is low, its later intensity (after 28 days) can maintain stable growth and has good long-term strength development potential.
Masonry and plastering works
This is its most core application area. Used for building walls with bricks, stones, blocks, etc., as well as plastering the bottom and surface layers of walls. Its lower hydration heat and better water retention help reduce mortar cracking.
Small rural areas and civil buildings
Mainly used for building rural bungalows, fences, small warehouses, and other buildings with low loads and simple structures.
Foundation cushion and floor
Ground cushion layer for building construction, indoor and outdoor terraces, and factory floors with low loads.
